S2000 Belt conveyors

Conveyor description

Belt conveyors are suitable for the transport of unit or bulk cargo and can be horizontal, inclined or curved. They are adaptable to a wide range of applications, from lightweight specific pharmaceutical products, to boxes and packages in food and beverage industries, to the transport of bulk materials in heavy industry.

ON AVERAGE, 8 OF THE 10 BELT CONVEYORS DELIVERED BY TRASING ARE DESIGNED TO TRANSPORT LIGHT, PACKAGED LOADS.

Trasing conveyors are completely designed and made by ISO/HACCP standards. Control systems are easy to implement, including transfer devices or hammers, photocells and other components to achieve full or partial automation.

Belt types & colors

The customer can choose the color, depending on their needs and requirements (visibility for control, no glare, no stains, etc.). The following colors are available: white, gray, black, blue, petrol blue, dark green, light green. On request, it is possible to deliver ribbons in other colors. Of course, all additional and non-standard requirements have their limitations, in some cases it is not possible to apply them, as well as the cost prices. Construction appearance

According to the RAL CARD, you can theoretically choose unlimited. Our “painter” is actually a super modern platform for electrostatic painting – applying powder spray paint on the elements which then go to the chamber to be baked in a special thermo-time mode. The result – superior appearance, perfectly even application, excellent durability and durability.
