In short, for a PET bottle conveying through production, the following conveyors are included:
With a glass bottles, the situation is similar, and the point is that practically all standard types of conveyors from the Trasing product portfolio easily fit into the system. In addition, each application has its own specific requirements, so the need of some special equipment may occure, such as spiral conveyors for the vertical transport.
Depending on the needs of clients and the degree of automation, options and accessories for different types of controls and measurements, photo cells and sensors, as well as devices for ejecting defective bottles from the line are possible in the bottle conveying system. As with other types of Transport Systems, the option of remote assistance, monitoring and inspection is possible in several after-sales packages.
DON’T FORGET!
Unlike some other, the Conveyor System for Bottles requires a higher level of knowledge and expertise on the part of the designer (manufacturer), because the bottle is one of the “heaviest” items for conveying (inner transport). They are of different and irregular shapes, light in weight and mostly with uneven surfaces on the contact side, so instability occurs easily. Keeping in mind capacities that reach flows of up to 80,000 (and even up to 100,000) units (bottles) per hour – it is clear why such systems are supplied by a smaller number of companies that are experte in this type of inner transportation. Trasing has, in addition to experience and strength, great contacts in the world of “internal material handling”, so we manage to provide top-quality inputs to both our product and our knowledge, in order to – succeed in achieving the goal*.
In the more than 150 projects of Conveying Systems for Bottles, we can find our dear friends and clients, most often on several occasions. Some of them are Coca Cola, Pepsi, Heineken, Carlsberg, Efes, Rosa, Planinka, Knjaz Miloš, Nikšićka Brewery, Banja Luka Brewery, Zagrebačka Pivovarna, Zaječarska Brewery, Skopska Brewery and many other companies and colleagues with whom we share a common feeling and business today, where consistent and professional customer support is always available, fast and accurate.
Conveying products such as PET bottles or various collective packages requires special equipment at each stage of production. To meet the increasing production goals and prevent costly downtime, you need conveyor systems you can rely on!
At Trasing, we design, manufacture and install conveyor systems to help you efficiently handles bottles, crates and stretched packs, while increasing the flow in your factory. Find out more about the bottle transport products we offer…
This device, very often encountered in the transport of bottles, has the task of dividing the flow of bottles from one lane into two, three, four or even more lanes, while not reducing the incoming flow.
The functioning of the divider is extremely important. Trasing manufactures and supplies dividers for medium and high flow lines.
Dividers are divided, according to the needs of the application (most often according to the speed of the line) into:
Servo – for fast lines | distributes products without stopping |
Pneumatic | they are most often used for medium capacity and when there are two lanes “downstream”, they are rarely divided into more than two |
Manual: cost-effective and efficient | used where manual adjustment is possible. Usually for the small capacities |
These conveyors belong to the Trasing Series S.2000 Belt, with the fact that the most common application is the S.2400 conveyor – BELT CONVEYOR WITH TRANSVERSE FINS, because most often it is the path of the closure – up into the input basket to the bottle capping machine.
Trasing manufactures and supplies closure and cap conveyors for medium and high flow lines. In our offer, these conveyors can be open or covered with transparent plexiglass.
Alternatively, in some applications we can use a modified Trasing S.9.200 BUCKET ELEVATOR for this purpose.
Whether you are a small craft beer producer, a soft drink company, a fresh spring water bottling company, a fruit juice bottling company, or something in between, there are some facts that every player in the beverage industry knows: one of the most important things for daily work and daily operations is – an efficient CONVEYING SYSTEM FOR BOTTLES.
Conveyor systems in the beverage industry are essential for numerous processes on the bottling line: filling, capping, labeling, packaging, shipping, and more. A fast, efficient line not only keeps production on schedule, but can help a growing business meet demand to a greater extent.
TRASING is conveying from beer, wine, water, dairy products and juices, to coffee, tea and soft drinks. PET bottles in many shapes and sizes, as well as glass bottles are transported on Trasing Conveyors.
In 2016th Trasing and Italian company Movex S.pA. start promoting a new flite top belt for the transport of bottles (and cans) made of a special mixture of materials under the code name PFX. The curiosity of this belt is that it does not require any lubrication during the operation!
This belt became a hit among clients in a short time, and projects with the use of this lubrication free belt has become a standard.
The PFX lubrication free belt material for flite top conveyors has exceeded our expectations over time. Today, most of clients in the beverage industry choose this type of belt because the benefits are proven to be significant: complete removal of the lubrication system, saving water, labor, operator working hours, saving lubricants, these are things that can be measured in time and money. On top of that, it results in a cleaner and safer working environment.
Gripper Conveyors for the bottles are conveyors that use a rubber GRIP special belt, that is a product that is a combination of a belt and a chain. It is used for individual bottle transport in which the bottle between two grip strips is rotated by 90 degrees and vertically raised to a certain height, transporting the bottle – usually to create and release a passage at the desired height or simply has the function of an elevator. In rare cases, the gripper is used to change the orientation, but this is not the case with the bottle. Grippers are mainly attached to S.4000 Series Flite Top Conveyors.
Trasing manufactures and supplies GRIPER conveyors for glass and PET bottles.
Trasing Conveyors uses Grip chains from series 1873 and 878 of the partner company MOVEX S p A. Bright red in color, these chains belong to the highest quality equipment available on the market. There are two basic types, according to construction: S and C, but variations are also possible.
