S5000 Modular conveyors

Conveyor description

S5000 – conveyor with modular tape, is suitable for all basic premises, horizontal and vertical transport, transport at an angle and transport in the curves. It can have the function of transport both packed and bulk cargo. The development of material technology has made it possible for an increasingly, very common or in a series of applications an indispensable role for modular bands in industrial processes.

TRACING S5000 IS A ROBUST MATERIAL, HIGH QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION, EXCEEDS OR IN THE SMALLEST HAND MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE STRICTEST MARKETS AND PROCESSES.

Modular Plastic Bands are made of plastic modules. The tape is connected by a blocking template, with a hinged bar full length, so they are very strong – practically unbreakable.

Modular tape and modular conveyors have become completely irreplaceable in most applications that can be met in processes in the automotive industry, food and packaging industry, logistics and materials management, in the manufacture and the tire and tire industry, the building materials industry.

General characteristics & options

  • Longevity – Most Tracing modular conveyors, delivered 5, 10 and more years ago, work smoothly with the same belt.
  • Quiet operation – These conveyors have a noise level of 1/20 compared to standard articulated conveyors.
  • Safe operation – The modular belt is completely within the construction of the conveyor, so there is no product waste.
  • Cleanliness – Conveyors have 40-75% of the open surface, so that dirt passes through them. They can be sprayed with a hose or washed – approved by the International Food Safety Agency.
  • Easy to maintain – Conveyor can be opened on any part with an ordinary screwdriver or even without any tools in some applications. The sprockets can be replaced without removing the drive shaft because they are two-part.
  • Easy to change – TRASING uses a modular steel structure connected by screws, so that the sections can be added, removed or changed.
  • Quick solution – Experience guarantees maximum quality in the shortest possible time.
  • Solutions at the request of the customer – Close work with the customer, understanding the needs and requirements of the application and finding the optimal solution.

Tape materials & colors

All manufacturers have their own base color that they use for modular tape. The most common variants are blue or gray, but also others. Optionally, it is possible to choose the color of your choice. Some users who have a lot of modular conveyors in their work environments, want to have a color unique to their company, which looks great and gives a special stamp to the brand.

Sprockets and accessories

  • Sprockets are performed in a wide choice of diameters and hole sizes (square or circular). One-piece sprockets can be made of acetal (standard), urethane (abrasion resistant) and polypropylene (acid resistant). Two-piece sprockets have steel teeth for a long service life. Sprockets provide power transmission with low tightening requirements. Most sprockets have a square hole. A square shaft can transmit torque without a wedge or groove. This allows the sprocket to float along the shaft when application requires large temperature differences.
  • Accessories – Wide selection of side guides, transfer plates and wings for all types of tape. All are delivered in standard heights, but they can also be cut to non-standard sizes. Also, all accessories and parts are delivered in various designs and from various materials to meet your project and application requirements.
